The March 10th Ethiopian Airlines 737 MAX crash killed 157 people. Today, a lawsuit against Boeing was filed. The lawsuit was filed in the Chicago federal court by the family of Jackson Musoni, a citizen of Rwanda, and alleges that Boeing, had defectively designed the automated flight control system that caused the crash. Dr. Mumbi Seraki of the Dr Mumbi Show painted an interesting narrative about why the plane crashed. Dr. Seraki has a PhD from the University of Nairobi in African Women Studies. Her Masters was in Human Resources Planning from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland and her undergraduate degree was also in human resources and international business, from Loyola University of Chicago. In addition to her education, Dr Seraki worked for the United Nations 7 years in Geneva, Switzerland. The video is kind of long (22 minutes) but has some valuable info from someone that is deeply invested in Africa.
The Florence Ballard movie casts its first main character. Elexis Jenkins was hand picked to play Diana Ross in the upcoming Ball Out Films production In The Name of Love the Florence Ballard story. All main cast members have to be approved by the Ballard Family. The movie will hold open auditions on August 6th in Detroit.
Founding member Florence “Flo” Ballard Chapman of the legendary group The Supremes is finally getting her just due. From an early age, Ballard aspired to be a singer and agreed to audition for a spot on a sister group of the local Detroit attraction, the Primes, who were managed by Milton Jenkins. After she was accepted, Ballard recruited Mary Wilson to join Jenkins’ group.Wilson, in turn, enlisted another neighbor, Diana Ross. The group ultimately became The Supremes. In 1967 Ballard was fired from the group and replaced by Cindy Birdsong.
For years, Ballards grandson Dejuan “Apple” Chapman (son of Nicole Ballard Chapman) has been lobbying to have a movie made in his late grandmothers honor.

On Sunday Ballout Boy Films announce that they will be making a fil about Ballard titled In The Name of Love. The movie is in the casting phase and no release date is set. Ballards family is in support of the movie.
On October 13, 2017 Apple will release his first single “Yesterday” off of his album album 7 Miles From The Struggle. The single features his late grandmother.
On February 21, 1976, Ballard entered Mt. Carmel Mercy Hospital, complaining of numbness in her extremities. She died at 10:05 the next morning from cardiac arrest caused by a coronary thrombosis (a blood clot in one of her coronary arteries), at the age of 32. At the time of her death, Ballard was on welfare. All of Ballards family still resides in the inner city of Detroit, Michigan.

Many African Americans have expressed outrage over the casting of Zoe Saldana of Puerto Rican and Dominican heritage to play the dearly departed African American singer/activist Nina Simone. In support, Hispanic comedian Aida Rodriguez has also expressed her outage over the casting.
On February 19 2016, longtime family friend to the Jackson Family Majestik Magnificent, passed away due to his long bout with cancer. During Michael Jackson’s solo years Majestik Magnificent worked as Jackson’s personal magician. It was alleged that Jackson matriarch Katherine Jackson paid over more than $1 million to help pay for Majestik’s medical bills as he battled against aggressive malignant brain cancer. RIP you will be missed.
Jackson’s sister La Toya tweeted out her condolences to Magnificent, writing, “Majestik You Brought Us Love Joy And Laughter! May You Rest In Peace!” She also shared a picture with the magician taken inside a casino.
Rumors have been swirling in the last few days regarding Joe Jackson’s declining health. Some reputable sources have been posting that Joe Jackson, patriarch of the famous Jackson Family is on his death bed.
A fan asked Joe’s youngest daughter Joh’ Vonnie about her dad’s health and she was gracious enough to respond. “He’s doing good for his age. His heart is beating good and it hasn’t used the pacemaker. We have controlled his health through diet” she was quoted.
So there you have it, Joe Jackson is not on his deathbed.
Joh’Vonnie Jackson’s FacebookIt all started earlier this week when Joh’Vonnie Jackson (baby sister of the late Michael Jackson), posted a pic of Andre Vann aka Gepetto Jackson on her Facebook page. The caption on the post read in part “This is outrageous. This man is not Jermaine’s son. He is not a Jackson.”
Joh’Vonnie wrote this post as a rebuttal when Jackson Family cousin LaToya Jackson McCall posted a pic of Vann on her Facebook page referencing him as her “cousin.” For years, Vann has been saying that he is the “Secret Son” of Jermaine Jackson. Even going so far as to scamming dozens of women out of hundreds of thousands of dollars with promises of jobs and inside connections with the inner circle of the Jackson Family. The most common scenario is Vann baiting the women by befriending them of Facebook and introducing himself as Jermaine Jackson’s son. Eager fans fall for the con by giving Vann money and expensive gifts with the hopes of getting a job in the entertainment industry. Vann has been arrested several in several states on larceny charges.
LaToya Jackson McCall is the granddaughter of Joseph Jackson’s brother Luther. Joh’Vonnie was infuriated when LaToya posted a pic of Andre Vann. It was inferred by Joh’Vonnie that LaToya even allowed Vann personal access to her father, Joseph Jackson. She publicly scolded LaToya for being stupid enough to allow Vann to fool her.
This isn’t the first time that LaToya has been had by a scammer. Last year she invited Tanisha Rodney aka Tanay Jackson to her wedding. Rodney claimed that she was the daughter of Tito Jackson. While on an appearance on Tito’s sons reality show “The Jacksons The Next Generation” it was proven through DNA testing that she was not a member of the Jackson Family. Yet she managed to weasel her way to LaToya’s wedding and take pictures with many family members including Joseph Jackson.
I hope LaToya learns to not be so trusting and I hope someone starts a GoFundMe to get Luther Jackson some front teeth.
